Signs have never gone out of vogue. Anybody that has any marketing experience at all will tell you that the right sign can get your brand or business recognized. Even today with the internet as a dominating advertising force signs and banners are still in use even online!
The right sign is the first impression that people get of your business. Signs are used to introduce businesses and brands to the public. Many times customers come from word of mouth but for word of mouth advertising to work you have to draw in the original customer that is where the right sign comes in.
An attractive sign is visual eye candy! It entices people and gets them interested in what you have to offer. The right displays are easy to access and attractive on their own. Signworld US Inc offers both! Find the best of both worlds in one convenient location.

Now go drink a beer and piss off some 15 year olds. Belch!

It’s been MEATY, but the end has come. Staring Monday morning we launch our new morning show Morning Submission.

The day after Cinco de Mayo and I’m still way too full. Last night Skyler and I took on our first challenge, The 5 LB Burrito challenge from Taco Del Mar. The burritos were as big as a 2 liter soda bottle filled with rice, meat, cheese, beans, pico de gallo, sauce, and four tortillas. The hardest part was figuring out how the hell to eat the thing. The first few bites weren’t bad but the rest was plain painful. About halfway through I resorted to manhandling the burrito with my hands, but Skyler somehow managed to maintain his composure and etiquette. When it was all said and done I came out victorious but the next couple hours were a major fail. Cinco de fuckin’ Mayo man!

The Barfly Awards were guaranteed to be a night of total debauchery, and they surpassed expectations with flying colors. The idea of the whole thing was to gather Portland’s “who’s who” nominees of the local party scene for an award ceremony. Then have every nominee rally about 30 of their dearest night howling, beer drinking, shot gulping homies. Next, gather all of these people into a venue with 2 main bars, a mini bar, and a sampling bar. Finally, on top of all other temptation, offer these sinners $1 Ninkasi beer, alllllll night long. Doors opened at 8 and the venue was packed by 8:30. We all grabbed a table up top to help keep everyone wrangled together and to conduct interviews with nominees. Armed with sharpies everyone was covered with 9A, Polly’s number, unfortunately mine happened to be on my face, which turned out to not be such a good idea the next morning. Everyone mingled and chugged for two hours until the ceremonies began. There were some huge wins and some unfortunate letdowns. Ed Foreman, hardest working man in show biz nominee, pulled off the biggest stunt of the night with a set of 6 look a likes armed with picket signs. Glory was had for the well deserved including March Fourth, Enrique Ugalde, Nick Dicker, Amy Rose, Jason Keebler, a double glory for Malice of Sassy’s, and many more. I was forewarned before leaving that Hawthorne was jam packed with 5 0’s waiting for the mass exiting. Hope everyone made it safe. And then, it was Monday.
The Portland Barfly Awards are tonight! That’s right, it’s your chance to vote on the who’s who of portland in categories like best TJ, best KJ, best bartender, Portland’s most famous person, and so forth. We are pulling for QM Polly to win the best Trivia Jockey award. The awards are invite only so if you haven’t snagged a ticket yet it just mite be to late, but you can still text in your votes!
Live text voting is from 8-10 PM tongiht.
